Search Again: Service Records From: Randy Date: Monday, September 10, 2001 Time: 4:18:58 am Hi, Is there a way to print/ download service records over the web. We like the service record and really would like the ability for the remote techs to be able to print the service records. Also, it would be nice to be able to hide the cc # as this is not needed for service techs. Maybe the service record could be automatically emailed to an email address (without cc#)? The main reason we require this is that we use a Misc. field for the Access Number and we cannot find a way to view the Misc. field over the web interface. Is there a way to view the Misc. field in the web interface.
