The ns4.ourplan.net is in fact not running, so that's not a concern. But that is interesting to see that the authoritative ns has the ns3.ourplan.net.ourplan.net error in it. I'm not sure how that happened frankly, and I'm not sure where to look first to find it but as I'm not where the server is this afternoon I'll take a look tomorrow (hints are *more* than welcome!).
