Re: Service RecordsFrom: Randy Date: Tuesday, September 11, 2001
Time: 8:17:28 pmThanks! I have thought [FMP-Field: Misc x] was the tag.
Also, would it be possible for you, since you are so good at it :), to
create just a single format file for printing purposes with all of the same
items. It would need to have all of the information but just something to
get us started. It would save us hours as we are not that familiar with
customizing the format files to any large degree.
Thanks,
Randy

No, service records are not web-enabled. It would be easy enough to do it
on your end though with a custom format file.

Go to Maintenance & Preferences -> General Preferences -> Miscellaneous
Set the "Credit Card Shown On Service Record" setting to 'No'.

Yes, you should be able to just add the following tag to your Web file(s)
that you want it to show in:
[FMP-Field: Miscellaneous x]
Where x is the miscellaneous field number.
