QuickDNS Load Balancer only communicates with its local copy of
QuickDNS Server, so unless you have some firewall software on the
server itself, this isn't an issue. For the record, it's port
1231/UDP.

In this case, since the server is behaving as if one server is down
but the other server is up, Load Balancer is communicating just fine
with Server. It's simply not getting the response it wants from the
web server. Since it doesn't actually send an HTTP request, I don't
know why this would be.

Is there any sort of NAT involved?
