Search Again: I am baffeled From: Dr. Randall E. Cook, Sr. Date: Monday, October 1, 2001 Time: 8:31:04 am Shawn, I have a most difficult problem on my end. I opened OG and it showed a bunch of errors. It said to recover files and I did. Now the billing info is gone and can not figure out what happened. When I go to add a billing cycle item to a new invoice it comes back with a blank invoice, I can not add any billing cycle products, it seems as though there are none at all. I then click on return and it asks me to mark it for deletion, I click yes. When I try to delete the invoice, it shows the following error..."This script cannot be found or has been deleted." When I click ok, it shows..."The previous script step, 'Perform Script', could not be completed because of an error, Do you wish to continue with this script?" I have clicked no. When I go to maint. and try to "Edit Products", It comes back with the error..."This script cannot be found or has been deleted." OK, now what do I do? All of the info seems to be intact. I have Ver. 2.8.1 of OG and running Winblows 98SE.
