Search Again: Alternatives to netsol From: Gary Richter Date: Tuesday, October 2, 2001 Time: 10:52:59 am Anybody have any suggestions for reliable domain registration service, name server registration service other then internic=networksolutions=netsol.com. Been helping some people try to get a new set up running for about 10 days with netsol and getting no where fast. Can't establish a new account to get the process started. Notsol's customer service refuses to respond why we never get an account number after we get a confirmation that the account has been established. Searches, etc on the new versign website that now runs netsol come up empty when using any of the new data supplied. A day or two I can understand but not 10 days. Longer story then that. But why they will not respond and or after repeated attempts to get a new account established we get nothing. If you have a suggestion of an alternative please send it to me privately as I am on the digest. Also if you have a suggestion of who to stay away from do to poor customer support send that also.
