Search Again: Online Payments From: Bob Gelety Date: Tuesday, October 2, 2001 Time: 4:24:43 pm Couple Questions: Is there a way to force all the payments my salespeople take via the webpage into the "Payment Queue" so that at the end of the day I can correct any errors or adjust any accounts where the user has adjusted their billing cycle? Other then entering the users statement interface, is there a way that the salespeople can process realtime credit card transactions via the web interface for those customers who wish to make one time CC payments via a phone call?
