Gary, Just about any registrar not affiliated with NetSol/Verisign will give you better service. We went with DomainBank (http://www.rduonline.com/register.html) and believe it or not, they answer the phone by the 3rd ring and I've NEVER had a single problem that they didn't solve in under 5 minutes. With NetSol, I'm trying to recall the last time they could resolve an issue for me. The difference is night and day. Just our experience. paul --
