actual IP range is 63.218.21.114 - 63.218.21.126? If so, the reverse domain
has been delegated to ns.ihws.com. as the zone 112/28.21.218.63.in-addr.arpa.
So, on ns.ihws.com, you need to create a zone with the same name
(112/28.21.218.63.in-addr.arpa.), with PTR records that look like (as an
example):

117.112/28.21.218.63.in-addr.arpa. PTR ns.ihws.com.
