There is an interesting issue that I am trying to resolve. My company sells
services and it also sells product. As it stands right now, all services
are sold using a Optigold and all product is sold through another system.
My question is this. Would you recommend migrating product billing to
Optigold? If so, how would you tackle the following issues:
1) "Paying this bill will extend your service period..." This statement
does not work well selling product. Is Optigold able to use a service
invoice template and a product invoice template?
2) Credit Limits as it relates to a PO. Can Optigold handle credit limits?
