Your QuickDNS servers are now only reporting 209.248.156.138 as the
address of lbr.starionhost.net, meaning that either you've set the
load preferences back the way you had them before, or your other
server is down, or there's something else that's gone wrong.

Unfortunately, you can't. There's no way to use QuickDNS' load
balancing feature for the name of a zone.
