You could create a CNAME and use a dynamic DNS services such as
http://www.dyndns.com.
your DNS record would look something like this.
hostname IN CNAME myhost.dyndns.com.
and then you setup one of the DYNDNS programs on their site which will
automatically update myhost.dyndns.com to your IP address. It refreshes in
about 5 minutes so its almost realtime. Hope I could help ya..
