You should start to undo the changes you've made, since
ns1.infoedg.com is back up. In particular, you're giving out a single
IP address for their web server, but www.infoedg.com is a QuickDNS
load balance record according to their DNS server.
At this point, I can't tell why these domains might not have been
working before. They seem to be working now, just fine.
