DNS Expert's mail relay test involves actually trying to relay mail
through your server (well, all but the last step, anyway). The SMTP
commands it sends are:
HELO dnsanalyzer.com
MAIL FROM: <relay@dnsanalyzer.com>
RCPT TO: <relay@watchdns.com>
RSET
QUIT
