Just created specific zones for each of the services that pointed to
127.0.0.1.
Actually did it on two Linux BIND servers. But I'm sure the same would
work on QuickDNS.

I really like this idea. How did you accomplish this? Did you actually
create the domain on your QDNS server and enter A names for the servers? Do
you need the IP addresses of the Servers? What were the AIM settings?

If find others please put me on the list to get the info. I have a sonic
wall, and I can't block specific services other than http.

I would love more specifics on this technique. Thanks.
