Ross,

Both of your DNS servers are giving out the 12.x.x.x address for
www.<both-domains>. Double-check your load balance records to make
sure the preference values are correct.

Note that, since the zone names don't (and can't) have load balance
records, they still point to the 38.x.x.x address.

Why do you have two load balance records, instead of one load balance
record and one CNAME record?
