Have you tried rebooting the QuickDNS servers?

If you keep www.worldwidewebstore.com as the load balance record,
then you would replace the other load balance record with this:
www.ciscorouter.com. CNAME www.worldwidewebstore.com.

If rebooting doesn't solve it, try deleting and recreating one of
these load balance records.
