It seems like QuickDNS Load Balancer doesn't like your main web
server. The web server is up and running, but Load Balancer doesn't
seem to think so.
Is there any reason you can think of that Load Balancer wouldn't be
able to make an HTTP connection to the main server?

In the ciscorouter.com zone. You would delete the load balance record
and enter instead the CNAME record.
