smtp.thewwwstore.com thinks the web server is down.
smtp2.thewwwstore.com thinks both web servers are down.

Maybe you should send us your QuickDNS Data folder from
smtp.thewwwstore.com. Send a compressed copy of it to
<support@menandmice.com>

If you create the CNAME record given above in place of the load
balance record in the ciscorouter.com zone, then www.ciscorouter.com
will have exactly the same load balancing characteristics as
www.worldwidewebstore.com.

The CNAME record creates an alias (the name on the left). An alias
gains all the properties of the original (the name on the right).
