Ross,

Changed from what router to what other router? And why? And is the
router providing NAT service?

If NAT service is involved, then that is the problem. With many NAT
servers, a connection from inside the LAN to the public IP address on
a port-mapped port doesn't work.

This doesn't affect www.48hourdiet.com because, in that case, neither
web server is behind your NAT server.
