Right. And that's why QuickDNS Load Balancer thinks that the web
server inside the NAT server is not responding.

I'm afraid I don't have a solution for you, though, other than to
replace the Cisco NAT server with something that's able to do two-way
NAT, or else to put your servers on a DMZ (if the router supports
that).
