Problem with domain

A client of ours is experiencing problems with their domain and I
can't figure out what the problem is. We host everything including
the DNS for their domain sigmatx.com. The problem is that
www.sigmatx.com is still resolving to their old ISP's webserver
(207.109.185.125) even though we have been hosting the DNS for about
a month and the entire time I have had the DNS setup so that the www
address points to one of our servers (63.95.200.10). Our name
servers are ns1.3-rivers.com and ns2.3-rivers.com both running QDNS
2.2.3.

Can someone take a look at this and try to help me figure out what is
going on and how to fix it?

Thanks for any help,
