I guess I was not detailed enough in my explanation of the problem.

The host name www.sigmatx.com will not resolve no matter what name
server I or anyone tries even though the zone is setup properly on
our servers. But the host name sigmatx.com, without the www will
resolve properly along with other host names in that domain.

Give it a try and do a lookup on www.sigmatx.com. It should solve to
63.95.200.10 but it won't unless you query one of our name servers.

Has anyone else seen this kind of thing before?

Does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it?

Thanks,
