I belive this to be a bug in QDNS. We get this crap all of the time...
Failed to lookup SOA on whatever.com... Failed to lookup the SOA on our
reverse zones... If I simply delete the slave zone from the secondary
that is polling and getting the "failed" messages and recreate it, the
problem goes away for a time. Then it comes back again. I have just
given up on this completely.
Failed to lookup SOA on our one inverse zones? What the hell.. Goofy.
