Judging by the info above, if you test DNS server P, you should get
non-LB responses; testing DNS server W should show normal load
balancing.

You might be able to locate the problem by thinking about the process
involved. QuickDNS Load Balancer sends HTTP connection requests to
each web server. If the web server responds and accepts the
connection, the connection is immediately dropped, and a signal is
sent to QuickDNS Server indicating that that particular server is
still up and running.

If you put a web browser on each machine running QuickDNS, could you
connect to the (public) IP address of each web server, as listed in
the load balance record? If not, why not?
