Here is something interesting. I added a record to both my reverse and forward domains and the reverse loaded ok, but it looks like the forward failed to load. Sure enough. If I do an nslookup using the secondary, I can find the record in the reverse but not in the forward. So it seems that it is not a cosmetic problem but is a real problem.
