Time: 7:00:50 amI would try setting the dns server on the EIMS machine to the dns server of your ISP, and then see if the problem goes away. That would identify whether QDNS is responsible or not.
Also, just to check, the EIMS server has tcp/ip set to "always loaded".
I did have a similar problem with my last ISP where reverse lookups didn't always go through correctly for a single IP on my network, but I never resolved why, and it was sporadic enough that I just let it go.
