That would make xyzzy.gimmymydomain.com. resolve to the same IP address as
gimmymydomain.com. I'm not sure that's what Miles wants. If you want xyzzy.com
and gimmymydomain.com to resolve to the same IP address, then you need an A
record for each, in their respective zones, pointing to the same IP address.
You can't use a CNAME for xyzzy.com. because it's the same as its zone's name.
