What is consider as a merchant account? We accept visa, mc, discover, amx.
I did not setup the credit card stuff, so how can I tell? We get a
merchant statement every month for visa and mc and discover and amx send
out their own statements.

If I only have one merchant account and will only ever have to process one
card at a time, then I don't need the hub correct? And if that is the
case, can I install PC authorize on more than one computer as long as only
one computer verifies a card at a time?

We are going to get PC Auth., after we figure out which package will work
for us. How long does it take to get the software from Data-point?
