Search Again: Invoice Problems From: Michael Phillips Date: Saturday, July 11, 1998 Time: 10:10:00 am Shawn: Even though I have set to use fancy invoices, html and use invoice ads, the ads are not being sent as html and no ads are appearing. What might I be doing wrong? Also, where/how can I enter a CREDIT for a customer such as a months credit for purchasing a new computer from us? Currently, the only way I can see to do that is to enter it as a PAYMENT which is a no-no IMHO. I would prefer to enter a true credit along with reason why. That way, we can track how much we are giving away as credits to our customers and will involve less hassle come tax time.
