Re: reverse zone errorFrom: Men & Mice Support Date: Tuesday, January 8, 2002
Time: 4:51:57 amThe problem is that, when you connected to the server, you entered
the IP address, not "ns1.zada.net". This may have been necessary at
first, but you should change this as soon as possible so that
QuickDNS Manager has the server's name. To fix this, disconnect from
your server (if necessary) and then reconnect using the server's
hostname.
The assistant creates NS records when it creates new zones (which
this assistant is capable of doing), so it needs to know the name(s)
of your server(s) when it does this. Therefore, it refuses to run if
it doesn't know the name(s) to use.
