Re: Setting up secondary QDNS serverFrom: James Sheffer Date: Friday, January 25, 2002
Time: 12:26:45 pmThat's about it, except the QDNS will be set up on the old network as slave
until next week when we have the new T-1 turned on- then it will be moved to
the new network, and the old secondary will remain the old secondary(on the
new network)- I will just take down the current primary.
I haven't set up QDNS as a secondary server before (I've set up a primary
with QDNS 2.2 in the past), and then switched it to a primary. I didn't see
much on this and was wondering how to go about doing it.
Could you shed some light on this, or point me to the pages I'm not finding
that explains setting up secondary Qdns?
Thanks!
Jim
