I would guess that you made a typo, because of the error message you reported.
The error message refers to 70.13.25.65.in-addr.arpa. when the correct record
should be 70.13.32.65.in-addr.arpa. The erroneous one has '25' as the 4th
level domain, where it should be '32' if it's in your reverse zone.
Also, I just noticed in the snippets that you've shown for your zones that
you've got two PTRs for 70.13.32.65.in-addr.arpa. While I believe that's
technically allowed by the RFCs, it's not a good idea. You should drop one or
the other of them. Probably delete the ICommerce4Business.com. record and keep
the DNS1.iCommerce4Business.com.

Which raises the question, has RoadRunner delegated the reverse zone for the
address to your server? I'd guess probably not, since it's RR and since it's
only one address. If it's not delegated to you, this discussion is moot to
begin with.
