I was given some instructions for doing this with ResEdit by one of our staff:

1. Make a copy of QuickDNS Manager (in case something goes wrong)
2. Open QuickDNS Manager with ResEdit
3. Open MENU resource #129
4. Click the 'Import...' menu item
5. Assign the desired keyboard command (use the Cmd-Key field). Make
sure you do not use a key that is already assigned (I used 'H' when
testing this)
6. Save the updated copy of QuickDNS Manager
7. Enjoy...
