Any chance a password change feature and/or an add email account feature could be added to the online account info area? We have a server on the way that will house FM Pro and hence, the web server so I haven't had a chance to see what it offers. I understand the reasoning behind separating the DB from the web interface for security reasons. Maybe a work-around could be a processing queue that still requires manager intervention (like the pending queue). The reason I ask is that we offer unlimited email accounts (within reason) and much of our time is spent entering this info for users. Some users insist on changing their password every month which also adds to the workload... Automating these tasks would definitely rock... We can do this now through CGI however, the OG DB would then be out of sync for placing customers on hold and taking them off again. Cheers, Mike
