In the latest version (1.6.5) of Optigold ISP, there was a new preference
to adjust the horizontal address spacing on invoices (available in
Invoice Setup).
If you want to use envelopes it was designed for, Use No. 9 Universal
Form Envelopes. But if you just want to use the check envelopes, you can
adjust the horizontal orientation of the addresses in the new version.

Yeah... it actually was intentional, mostly due to data entry speed...
People generally want it to be fast and not have to specify much of
anything.
