Has a request ever been made for a possible PDF or RTF attached invoice so that
if we wanted to provide a very nice, easy to print invoice to clients they
would see the "standard" email invoice with a line that say to print this
invoice open the attached PDF or RTF file?

Might not be worth it, but then again maybe not?
