Search Again: Prorate From: Matt Clark Date: Tuesday, February 5, 2002 Time: 8:39:07 am I have upgraded to 2.9.1 and I have the following error: Expiration date: 1/14/02 Invoice date: 2/4/02 I prorate the account to 3/1/02 (which should invoice the customer for part of Jan. and all of Feb). After the prorate, it says that after paying the bill, the customer's expiration date will be 4/1/02. The billing cycle item has a 1 month time credit. Any ideas?
