You are mistaken. The upgrade from 3.0 to 3.5.3 is free. If you have
two servers, you will need to contact our sales department for a
second key, but they will give it to you for free. This is due to a
change in the license terms. We didn't feel it was fair to take away
from your ability to use the product as part of a "free" upgrade.
