DNS Expert is somewhat less than correct in calling that a problem. You've
(apparently) got several A records all pointing to the same IP address
(193.121.105.7), and DNSE is telling you that it wants to see corresponding
PTRs for each A record. You could create multiple PTRs for
7.105.121.193.in-addr.arpa., each pointing to one of the host names that refer
to it in A records, and that would be legal within the RFCs. However, you're
much better off with only one PTR per IP address, pointing to whatever host
name you consider to be the 'main' name for the host (i.e., jarjar.duo.be.).
