Backing up QDNS 3.5.1 for Mac OS X

In classic Mac OS QDNS days one could just make a copy of the "QuickDNS Data" data folder in the "QuickDNS Pro" folder and know you safely had all your zone information.

In the Mac OS X QDNS v3.5.1, what is the best way to do this? If I make a copy of the "QuickDNS" folder that lives in the path:

hd/System/Library/Startup Items/

have I saved the zone info? What file(s)/folder is the zone data kept?

Or is best to just do an EXPORT of the zone via QDNS Manager for each zone?

I know we are all waiting for Retrospect for OSX although it is nice to know the path of where the zone data is actually kept. For the time being I've been disk imaging all my OSX server drives so I can restore them in a few minutes using Apple Software Restore should anything take a dump or get corrupt. And www.qdea.com now has a final release of their excellent Synchronize Pro product for OSX.
