You wouldn't in our little community and survive. They want their bill in=
their little hands. Our sister company charges $10.00 per month for credit=
card customers and $17.95 to bill you but there customer base is Houston,=
Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio. Ours is 980 in this town and 4000 in the=
whole county.
