Yep... Network.USR isn't part of the data files... you can delete it.
It's part of the runtime installer.
What it does is that if for whatever reason your runtime doesn't have a
protocol set, it will say "MainMenu.USR can't be found, please locate
it." Well, if you cancel that, the runtime will quit and you can't
select a protocol. If you select that Network file, it forces the
runtime to open the network config...
So it's totally a useless file (at least as far as the functionality of
Optigold ISP).
