Web interface, CC update 2.9.4

Since updating, in the customer web interface, when going to edit
information. The CC number date always shows as Jan 2002. When an
attempt is made to update the CC information, to change the date or the
number, the error is generated, " No records found' yet it does pull in
the CC number that is on the user record, but not the expiration date.

Any Idea?
