Shawn,

When we create a mail message and send it out, we assign it to a tech, link
it to a customer then complete it. It should be removed from our list if we
de not have the Completed box checked. But we have noticed in some cases it
remains on the list. It has also happened once with a forwarded message
that was completed. They just remain listed even though they have been
marked completed.

Any ideas??
