Closed = Completed
Yes that box is unchecked but soemtimes the mail has bee closed/completed
still show up.
I have checked it then refresh and all the mail is there then uncheck
refresh it and the message that is closed still remains in the list. It is
strange because sometimes it works fine then all of a sudden we get one that
"sticks"

Has anyone else noticed this??

Did you un-check the "Closed" check-box on the main screen (that filters
emails out).
