It sounds like QuickDNS Server is only listening on the public IP
address. This is normal - QuickDNS Server doesn't recognize anything
other than the primary IP interface; note that we don't officially
support use of QuickDNS on a machine with multiple IP addresses.

You may be able to work around this with creative use of
port-mapping. I'm pretty sure I once had this working once upon a
time using IPNetRouter and QuickDNS, but it's been quite a while
since I did so. I had the internal IP interface as the one listed in
the TCP/IP control panel.
