Once a month is closed, no invoices are manipulated and no payments are manipulated. Within a given month, there can be invoice manipulation (pro rating). Payments are never changed, only negative amounts entered on the day of a bounced check. Do you think it is user error that has caused this difference? Of the list below, I do not remember doing any of those things this month.
