We send all residential customers email invoices by default. Residential
users get snail mail invoices by request only. For business customers we
set them up for both. We have a fair mix of business and residential
customers. Our residential customers that use credit cards to pay have to
problems, but occasionally our check paying customers are late. :( Perhaps
I should consider sending snail to them...but I have this undeniable urge
to teach them how to pay their bills on time (perhaps I can save them from
forgetting to pay their mortgage one day and they won't get evicted).
