Ehm, one of the free ones, the SBL (which I happen to run), currently
protects over 70 million mailboxes and is not just used by large ISPs
with millions of accounts each, but is used by some pretty major US
and Japanese firms. 'free' doesn't mean 'bad' or poorly maintained.
